ImproX (RS) Registration Interface forms part of the IXP120, IXP200 and IXP300 / IXP400 Access Control Systems and supports a USB interface. It also:
Acts as an authentication device and a USB to RS485 converter, interfacing with the IXP120 Access Control Software.
Acts as a USB to RS485 converter for the IXP200 Access Control Software.
Performs registration of 125 kHz and Mifare (13.56 MHz) Tags into the IXP120, IXP200 and ImproNet Software. (An ImproX RRA or ImproX RRM is required for this functionality).
Acts as an authentication device for ImproNet Utilities (graphics and so on).
KEY FEATURES
The antenna port allows connection to the ImproX (RRA) Registration Antenna Reader (preferred option) or alternatively the standard range of ImproX Antenna Readers.
Read capability using the following (125 kHz) Impro Tags: Slim Tags, Omega Tags, WriTag 128 and WriTag 2048. Reads Third-party Tags.
The Third-party port can be used to connect to one of the following: Barcode, Magstripe, Wiegand, Biometric Readers, the ImproX (RRM) MiFare Registration Remote Reader (preferred option) or the ImproX MiFare Micro Remote Reader Non-keypad.

The Registration Interface has a simple user interface, consisting of four "Diagnostic Indicators" and one "Power Indicator" (Power LED).
A four volume, single tone buzzer (software dependent), located at the ImproX RRA or RRM.
A Bi-colour red or green sStatus LED located at the ImproX RRA or RRM.
Infrared registration located in the extrusion of the ImproX RS, alongside the USB Plug.
