IXP400i Ethernet Controller LAN/WAN & RS485 Connectivity
Extruded aluminium cabinet with built in 6 V 3 Ahr backup battery.
Dynamically allocated Tag / Transaction memory:
Up to 300 000 tag holders, and
Up to 1 000 000 buffered transactions. ARM920T processor with Linux Operating System allowing native Ethernet communication.
Communicates with terminals using the RS485 Terminal Bus.Note: The IXP400i Ethernet Controller must be connected to the Ethernet Registration Interface.
Note: The IXP400i Ethernet Controller ECII is also available housed with the ImproX IPS (IPS970-0-0-GB).

RELATED PRODUCTS
The Controller boasts both an RS485 Controller Port (Port 1) and an Ethernet Port allowing use of either.
When connected to the Ethernet Port, the Controller offers communication speeds and capacity not yet seen in similar systems.
