The ImproX (RM) USB Registration Reader (MiFare)

forms part of the IXP300 and IXP400 Access Control Systems and supports a USB interface. The Registration Readers perform a dual function:

 

  • Authentication device: 
    • The ImproX (RM) USB Registration Reader (MiFare) acts as an authentication device, interfacing with the IXP300 and IXP400 ACCESS Software Module on the various database platforms. 
    •  The ImproX (RM) USB Utility Registration Reader (Mifare) acts as an authentication device, interfacing only with the IXP300 and IXP400 UTILITY Software Modules across the Firebird, SQL Server and Oracle Database platforms.
  • Registration of 13.56 MHz access control Tags.
 
KEY FEATURES
 
  • Reads MiFare (13.56 MHz) Tags.
  • A simple user interface, consisting of a single tone, 4-volume (including off) buzzer, and a single status LED. The Software may limit support of the buzzer to a single volume.
